About the Role
You will lead the delivery of creative design services and manage a team of Designers. You will coordinate timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders. You will handle escalations, monitor KPIs, improve service-delivery methods, and create scalable processes that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Client services management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience managing complex projects
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Designers
