About the Role
You will lead complex multi-site workplace projects from planning through delivery. You will open and scale offices, manage budgets, negotiate leases and supplier agreements, establish project governance, and develop compliance frameworks. You will shape workplace strategy, capacity planning, digital tools, vendor programs, financial reporting, and cost efficiencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of workplace project management, facilities management, or corporate real estate experience
- Experience delivering complex multi-site initiatives
- Workplace strategy and business alignment skills
- Budget management, financial reporting, cost analysis, and vendor negotiation skills
- Knowledge of risk frameworks, contingency planning, ESG, health and safety, and workplace regulations
- Experience with workplace management tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in a technology or fast-growing scale-up environment
- Knowledge of workplace analytics, IWMS platforms, or space planning software
- Background in workplace design, architecture, or facilities engineering
- Familiarity with international workplace standards and sustainability certifications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
