About the Role
You will turn environmental strategy and climate commitments into operational programs. You will coordinate owners, milestones, dependencies, follow-ups, and escalations; partner with specialist teams; embed sustainability into business decisions; maintain program data; analyze delivery gaps; and prepare decision-ready insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of cross-functional program management experience in corporate sustainability, climate, or ESG
- Knowledge of GHG accounting, renewable electricity, business travel, and supplier decarbonization
- Stakeholder alignment and escalation skills
- Program data analysis
- Communication and storytelling
- Experience with AI platforms and tooling
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of environmental strategy and climate commitments
- Coordinate program owners, milestones, dependencies, follow-ups, and escalations
- Partner with Procurement, Workplace, Finance, Engineering, Events, Comms, and HR
- Support execution of the climate funding strategy
- Embed sustainability into operational decisions
- Maintain and analyze program data
- Provide leadership and stakeholders with decision-ready insights
