About the Role

You will own high-impact talent programs from mandate to outcome. You will turn strategy into accountable plans, align recruiting and business stakeholders, design planning and reporting rhythms, build scalable recruiting systems and workflows, create hiring metrics and dashboards, resolve risks, and codify repeatable playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience owning companywide, mission-critical initiatives
• Experience partnering with and presenting to executives
• Track record of delivering ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes
• Experience operating in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
• Ability to structure data into clear direction for leadership
• Strong stakeholder communication and judgment

• Own talent programs from mandate to shipped outcome
• Turn strategy into programs with owners, milestones, and accountability
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership
• Design planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates
• Build recruiting systems, tooling, and workflows
• Automate repetitive work
• Create metrics and dashboards for hiring decisions
• Anticipate risks and drive resolution
• Codify repeatable program playbooks
