About the Role
You will lead and coach solutions engineers, drive pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and pilots, improve customer adoption and expansion, connect data sources through integrations, resolve customer issues, and partner with product, engineering, sales, services, and support.
Requirements
- Pre- or post-sales solution consulting experience
- People leadership, talent development, and performance management experience
- 7-10+ years of sales engineering experience
- API and integration experience in a hybrid or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and networking
- Knowledge of integration architecture and APIs
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Cloud security, information security, and audit experience
- Project management skills
- Presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of solutions engineers
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer relationships
- Drive technical discovery, product demonstrations, workshops, and pilots
- Connect customers to data sources through custom integrations
- Lead deal scoping, inspection, and technical value delivery
- Identify customer expansion opportunities
- Resolve and escalate customer issues
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, services, and support
- Contribute to the customer technical community
