About the Role

You will lead and grow the data warehouse and streaming infrastructure team. You will own data-platform capabilities, guide architecture and investment decisions, scale ingestion and processing systems, define quality and delivery standards, and partner with business and technical stakeholders on the infrastructure roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building and leading data infrastructure teams
• Expertise in batch and streaming data infrastructure
• Knowledge of warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, event streaming, and change data capture
• Knowledge of distributed log systems, including partitioning, delivery guarantees, and backpressure
• Experience owning systems with significant business or financial impact
• Experience hiring and scaling teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor the data warehouse and streaming infrastructure team
• Own data warehousing, streaming, and processing capabilities end to end
• Scale data ingestion, event streaming, change data capture, storage, orchestration, compute, query, and reporting systems
• Define and execute the batch and streaming infrastructure roadmap
• Lead streaming-platform decisions, including Kafka operating models
• Establish data quality standards, delivery SLAs, and operational processes
• Hire senior data infrastructure engineers
• Align shared data platforms, tooling, and best practices
