About the Role
You will lead and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA, oversee North deployments in private-cloud and on-premises environments, and own technical customer delivery. You will optimize infrastructure performance, define compute-scaling guidelines, and build scalable deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership
- Experience deploying enterprise software at scale
- Cloud infrastructure expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA
- Drive end-to-end deployment in private-cloud and on-premises environments
- Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Mentor engineers on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise deployments
- Optimize OpenSearch, database, and Kubernetes-service performance
- Define GPU and CPU compute-scaling guidelines
- Build scalable processes and technology
