About the Role
You will lead the evolution of a compute platform that supports data, AI, and stateful workloads. You will hire and coach engineers, improve design and operational practices, define strategy and roadmaps, lead cross-team initiatives, and influence architecture beyond your immediate team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with testing, monitoring, and reliability practices
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams
- Cloud infrastructure expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Containerized-environment expertise in Kubernetes is preferred
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Experience scaling teams and systems through rapid growth
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
