About the Role
You will learn the product, customer use cases, sales motion, technical objections, and voice-agent architecture. You will own technical discovery and demos, partner on account strategy, build customer-specific demonstrations, design POCs, answer technical questions, lead enterprise deals through go-live, document integration patterns, and communicate product gaps.
Requirements
- 4 or more years in a technical customer-facing role
- Ability to write code, build integrations, read API responses, and debug issues
- Experience with voice, telephony, or contact-center infrastructure
- Knowledge of SIP, Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or similar systems
- Ability to communicate with engineers and executives
- Experience with technical sales, discovery, architecture, proofs of concept, and objection handling
Responsibilities
- Learn the product, customer use cases, sales motion, and technical objections
- Learn voice-agent architecture, telephony, LLM orchestration, integrations, and contact-center workflows
- Own technical discovery and demonstrations for enterprise deals
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy
- Build customer-specific demonstrations
- Design proofs of concept
- Answer technical questions
- Lead the technical side of enterprise deals through go-live
- Create reusable technical artifacts
- Document integration patterns and common objections
- Communicate recurring product gaps to engineering and product
