About the Role
You will provide pre-sales technical support for robotics projects, gather and analyze customer requirements, conduct site surveys, and develop costed solution designs. You will support sales, prepare technical bid documents, guide solution sales through delivery, improve solutions using market and competitor analysis, and deliver product training and technical materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, logistics engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD, Office, and Visio
- Cross-functional coordination and communication skills
- Strong presentation, logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to travel or work temporarily at customer sites
- English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred
- Fluent spoken English is preferred

- Provide pre-sales technical support for robotics projects
