About the Role
You will lead restaurant merchant onboarding and implementation for POS and online ordering systems. You will configure and install software, hardware, printers, payment terminals, and basic networks, troubleshoot issues, provide on-site and remote support, tailor solutions to merchant needs, and support Mandarin-speaking merchants.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in POS, hospitality technology, or implementation-focused roles
- Experience delivering end-to-end software and hardware implementations
- Hands-on experience installing and configuring POS hardware, printers, payment terminals, and networking equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting onboarding, training, and solution consultations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of POS and ordering solutions
- Configure software, POS hardware, printers, payment terminals, and networks
- Advise merchants and tailor solutions to their business needs
- Provide on-site and remote onboarding and post-launch support
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams
- Support Mandarin-speaking merchants throughout implementation
