About the Role

You establish customer partnerships and act as a liaison with internal technical teams for Commercial and Mid-Market customers. You design financial solutions, define technical success criteria, guide ERP, HRIS, and API integrations, support implementation workstreams, troubleshoot blockers, advise on architecture, document solutions, and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Familiarity with ERP systems including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion
• SAP S/4HANA or Sage Intacct expertise highly preferred
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP, HRIS, and API solutions
• Support technical workstreams during onboarding and implementation
• Problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations
• Conduct technical discovery of customer systems and workflows
• Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture and API usage
• Advocate for integration development alongside Sales, Product, and partners
• Troubleshoot integration blockers
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling
• Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering
