About the Role

You establish partnerships with strategic enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud and serve as their technical and financial subject matter expert. You guide Oracle integrations, configurations, system design, technical discovery, implementations, troubleshooting, and architecture decisions. You translate complex solutions into business value, document scalable use cases, and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture
• Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Design
• Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Cloud implementations and edge cases
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Oracle Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle Projects implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for strategic enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud
• Advise customers and internal teams on Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design
• Assess customer requirements and propose solutions involving Oracle Cloud, HRIS, and API integrations
• Support technical workstreams with onboarding specialists and implementation leads
• Resolve technical hurdles and propose product implementations
• Conduct technical discovery of customer Oracle Cloud environments and workflows
• Recommend Ramp architecture and API usage
• Advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers
• Create internal documentation and tooling
• Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering
