About the Role
You will build operational software for hiring, finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people workflows. You will create systems for recruiting, cash forecasting, capital releases, contract parsing, and continuous-close processes. You will work directly with domain experts and turn their approvals, terms, and reconciliations into structured data and generated work.
Requirements
- Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently
- Experience building extensible foundations under deadlines
- Experience gaining credibility with finance, legal, recruiting, or audit experts and driving software adoption
- Product design experience creating intuitive workflow interfaces
Responsibilities
- Build software for recruiting, interviewer capacity, and onboarding workflows
- Create cash forecasts, order schedules, and payment schedules from purchase orders, contracts, and build milestones
- Build a capital pipeline from approved budget through released capital and spending
- Parse contracts into obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and service-level agreements
- Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to convert workflows into structured systems
