About the Role
You will work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI-agent use cases and deliver them into production. You will lead deals from discovery through commercial structuring and close, guide agent design and readiness, create demonstrations, and share field insights with research teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience
- Product development, delivery, and change-management experience
- Ability to engage in deal conversations, structure value propositions, and navigate enterprise sales cycles
- Basic Python proficiency and familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Ability to work across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI-agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Understanding of regional and cultural nuances
Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Explore applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
- Present results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Feed field insights to research teams to inform the product roadmap
- Build and deliver demonstrations for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production
