About the Role

You will help European prospects and customers design practical ScorePlay-backed workflows. You will lead RFP responses, uncover technical requirements during sales cycles, create architecture diagrams, scope deals, and coordinate with partners. You will also build reusable technical materials, answer sales questions, share customer insights with Product and Tech, and ensure smooth implementation handovers.

Requirements

• Around 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical role with customer exposure
• Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, technical account management, or engineering work involving pre-sales and solution design
• Strong interpersonal skills with mixed technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to reason about deal scoping, tradeoffs, and complexity
• Live within about an hour of a major international airport
• Comfort working independently in an evolving process environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responses to RFPs and tenders across EMEA
• Lead technical evaluations, including archive migration and multi-system environments
• Uncover customer constraints and map workflows during technical sales cycles
• Translate customer goals into end-to-end capture, ingest, management, and distribution workflows
• Produce architecture diagrams and workflow maps
• Partner with Sales on deal scoping, cost inputs, optional items, and partner quotes
• Build technical documentation, templates, and collateral for Sales
• Answer day-to-day technical questions from regional salespeople
• Share recurring workflow patterns and customer constraints with Product and Tech
• Build and manage relationships with systems integrators and workflow vendors
• Coordinate clean handovers with the Deployment Engineer
• Travel to client sites and industry conferences
