About the Role

You will lead payment-platform implementation projects from solution design through go-live. You will design high-performance API integrations, guide merchants through architecture, testing, and production readiness, and support technical pre-sales conversations. You will align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management, share best practices, and turn merchant feedback into product and integration improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, integrations, or software engineering
  • Deep understanding of APIs
  • Experience across frontend and backend systems
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience delivering scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects from solution design through go-live
  • Design high-performance API-based integrations for complex systems
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales solution design, feasibility assessments, and technical discussions
  • Guide merchant architecture, integration, testing, and production-readiness decisions
  • Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management
  • Share best practices and improve delivery quality
  • Translate merchant needs and pain points into insights for Product and Engineering
  • Advocate for product and integration improvements based on merchant feedback
