About the Role
You will guide customers from evaluation through adoption, define success criteria, and run technical onboarding and enablement. You will troubleshoot repositories, integrations, and development workflows, collaborate on complex issues, and turn recurring customer feedback into scalable product and onboarding improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or a customer-facing technical role
- Knowledge of source control, development environments, debugging, testing, and modern engineering workflows
- Ability to read and troubleshoot code across languages, frameworks, and technology stacks
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments
- Analytical skills for turning product usage, feedback, and technical observations into insights
- Written and verbal technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Guide customers from pre-contract evaluation through pilot, onboarding, conversion, and adoption
- Identify high-value use cases and establish success criteria
- Run training and enablement sessions for developers
- Recommend features and best practices for customer technical environments
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across environments, repositories, integrations, and workflows
- Collaborate with engineering on deeper technical support
- Create scalable processes, resources, and product improvements from recurring customer friction
