About the Role
You will deliver solutions from technical scoping through production rollout in customer environments. You will build features, applications, and integrations; work alongside customer engineers; debug complex issues; identify platform gaps; create custom solutions; inform product requirements; establish deployment patterns; and travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Production software delivery experience
- Full-stack development
- Backend development
- API development
- Frontend development
- Experience working directly with customers in technical environments
- English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own delivery from problem framing through production rollout
- Build production features, applications, and integrations
- Work with customer engineering and domain teams
- Debug complex technical issues
- Identify platform gaps and build custom solutions
- Feed product requirements to engineering teams
- Codify deployment patterns and build internal playbooks
- Travel to customer locations across Germany and EMEA
