About the Role
You will deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will integrate enterprise systems, scope and implement customer solutions, resolve production issues, improve deployment tooling and observability, and document deployment architectures and integration patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
- Enterprise customer or cross-functional stakeholder experience
- Debugging knowledge across distributed systems, backend services, and cloud infrastructure
- Backend engineering, infrastructure, API, and AI application knowledge
- Technical communication skills
- Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure experience
- LLM, AI agent, RAG, or model orchestration framework familiarity
- Enterprise system integration experience
Responsibilities
- Deploy Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments
- Integrate enterprise APIs, data sources, authentication systems, and business applications into agent workflows
- Scope requirements, implement solutions, and iterate with customers
- Debug and resolve production issues across infrastructure, orchestration, integrations, and AI application layers
- Build reusable deployment patterns, tooling, and best practices
- Improve deployment observability, monitoring, and operational tooling
- Document deployment architectures, integration guides, and implementation patterns
