About the Role
You will manage each enterprise trial from kickoff through the customer's decision. You will configure environments, gather requirements, train prospect teams, triage issues, manage timelines and success criteria, and connect Sales, Product, and customers throughout the evaluation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- Organizational skills for managing multiple timelines, tasks, and stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to and train customer teams
- Ability to learn technical and product concepts and explain them to non-technical users
- Ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional internal teams
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite trial support

- Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise trials
