Responsibilities

• Define sales content-management strategy and evaluate build-versus-buy options
• Design content taxonomy, ownership, governance, approval workflows, and lifecycle
• Implement and maintain the sales content hub, call library, and training platform
• Coordinate content availability across sales systems and channels
• Own reporting on content usage, training completion, certification, ramp, and performance
• Build and maintain AI skills, plugins, and agent workflows for sales roles
• Create reusable AI workflows and drive adoption through training, documentation, and feedback
• Develop AI-tool training materials and maintain a library of best practices
• Set standards for enablement content and AI tools across the GTM organization
• Advise enablement leadership on priorities, operating model, and tooling
