About the Role
You will work with compliance, risk, and innovation teams at banks, CASPs, custodians, and regulators. You will lead discovery, deliver advisory engagements and client-ready reports, develop scoped proposals, and bring field findings to Product and Business Development.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, solutions, or business development role, or in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role
- Experience working with banks, CASPs, or other regulated financial institutions
- Ability to work at client sites for weeks at a time and travel regularly across Europe
- Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology
- Professional writing and presentation skills
- Ability to run client relationships and engagements independently
Responsibilities
- Spend extended periods on site with client compliance, risk, and innovation teams
- Run client and prospect discovery and document workflows, pain points, and regulatory obligations
- Bring findings to Product and Business Development to shape the roadmap and sales approach
- Partner with Business Development in client and regulator conversations
- Present products and services and turn pain points into scoped proposals
- Deliver licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, strategy assessments, workshops, and reports
- Represent the company at industry events and regulator meetings
- Coordinate with teams across time zones
