About the Role
You will own a book of business from initial meetings through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewals. You will build solutions live with customers, plan target accounts and outreach with BDRs, navigate commercial and review processes, and coordinate onboarding, adoption, and renewals with Outcomes Architects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Technical fluency in building and troubleshooting software live
- Discovery and qualification skills
- Ability to map workflows to commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Experience with procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- AI tool building experience
Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle across new business, expansion, and renewal
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers
- Run discovery and design current-to-future workflow architecture
- Plan target accounts and outbound outreach with BDRs
- Navigate proposals, procurement, legal, security reviews, and deal closure
- Guide early implementation and adoption handoffs
- Partner on onboarding, expansion, and renewal execution
