About the Role
You help customers define propositions, products, operating models, and platform solutions. You capture business outcomes, create requirements and solution designs, configure the Model Wealth Solution, document bespoke requirements, review solution quality, provide training and knowledge transfer, advise on regulatory compliance, and support implementation handovers.
Requirements
- Experience with trading systems order management systems corporate actions or market data
- Experience in consulting analysis or architecture
- Knowledge of investment wealth life or pensions products and markets
- Understanding of the Canadian regulatory environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial services or wealth delivery and consulting environment
- A first-class degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in business analysis or consulting
- Evidence of continuous improvement and capability development
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent organisational administration and time management skills
- Strong written verbal and team communication skills
- Ability to work independently take initiative and manage stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define customer propositions and product requirements
- Apply platform expertise to design customer solutions
- Define platform target operating models
- Run the Model Wealth Solution configuration process
- Document customer configuration points and bespoke requirements
- Own solution delivery against bespoke requirements
- Review and quality-assure solution documentation
- Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer
- Provide consulting services to customer projects
- Advise customers on regulatory compliance
- Support analyst and developer handovers
- Conduct functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs
- Verify defects
