About the Role

You will coordinate operational dependencies for product launches across compliance, legal, fraud, client engagement, and vendors. You will maintain trackers, support risk and fraud readiness, monitor feature performance, manage vendor reviews, respond to incidents, and provide market and regulatory intelligence to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product operations, strategy, or programme management experience in consumer fintech, payments, or banking
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer financial products
  • Experience with fraud and risk functions and fraud-control implications for product design
  • Ability to manage concurrent cross-functional workstreams
  • Ability to turn operational data into actionable management information
  • Communication skills across compliance, risk, engineering, and product

Responsibilities

  • Maintain trackers for compliance, legal, and vendor actions, owners, statuses, and milestones
  • Triage new features against regulatory requirements and incorporate sign-off into delivery milestones
  • Ensure fraud controls and risk rules are considered in feature design
  • Prepare fraud and client engagement teams with required tooling, access, battlecards, and support articles before launches
  • Support product-related incident response and feed post-incident findings into product changes
  • Run performance reviews with key vendors and track actions to closure
  • Provide vendor roadmap and capability briefings
  • Ensure launches have fraud, dispute, client engagement, and commercial metrics available
  • Interpret fraud, dispute, client engagement, and authorization-decline data to identify emerging issues
  • Drive follow-through on cross-functional compliance and vendor findings
  • Monitor competitor, regulatory, market, and vendor developments affecting the roadmap
