About the Role

You will own the stablecoin roadmap, positioning, and growth levers. You will build strategic partnerships, launch go-to-market initiatives, translate partner needs into product requirements, develop product materials and adoption analysis, and monitor market trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in partnerships, business development, product, or growth, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic storytelling skills
• Product vision and roadmap organization
• Analytical ability to understand adoption, liquidity, on-chain activity, and market behavior data
• Deep interest in stablecoins, blockchain, and financial infrastructure
• Advanced English
• Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the stablecoin roadmap, positioning, and growth levers
• Identify, prospect, and structure strategic partnerships with exchanges, PSPs, OTCs, custodians, Web3 platforms, banks, and global companies
• Develop go-to-market initiatives for new markets, blockchain networks, and use cases
• Translate partner needs into product requirements
• Develop product materials, documentation, value narratives, and volume and adoption analyses
• Prioritize integrations, features, and improvements to on-ramp and off-ramp flows
• Monitor adoption, TVL, volume, liquidity, distributors, and users
• Monitor global stablecoin trends and identify competitive opportunities
