About the Role

You will own end-to-end design for new enterprise and multiplayer product surfaces. You will design organizational management, permissions, privacy, security, compliance, and role-based experiences; balance established UI patterns with AI applications; and optimize features based on customer use.

Requirements

• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products
• Knowledge of organizational and seat management, role-based access, admin management, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance
• Experience designing non-deterministic tools for workplace cohorts
• Experience with 0-to-1 product design and large-scale optimization
• Visual, UI, and interaction design skills
• Communication skills
• Comfort prototyping or coding ideas
• 5+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Design net-new enterprise and multiplayer product surfaces
• Design organizational management, seat management, admin controls, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance experiences
• Create role-based experiences for different access levels and workplace policies
• Design features that combine established UI paradigms with AI applications
• Own work from initial product design through large-scale optimization
• Partner with brand design on enterprise product experiences
