About the Role
You will own the development of AI agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, resolve delivery issues, and turn customer needs into product feedback for research and platform stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA graduation in spring 2027
- Customer-facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills for ambiguous problems
- Ability to read API documentation and understand data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
- Experience managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects and driving outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope through launch and continuous iteration
- Translate customer business goals into effective AI agents
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy
- Run customer working sessions and troubleshoot agent issues
- Surface customer needs to shape research and platform priorities
