Required and preferred rules are kept separate and reflect the wording in the original posting.

About the Role

You will own the number and health of live toolkits. You will research, set up, QA, and launch new apps; improve existing toolkits; provide toolkit support; and resolve issues affecting quality. You will build and scale the operations playbook through SOPs, small tools, AI agents, metrics, and hiring when needed. As operations become automated, you will scope, own, and ship ambiguous product problems involving triggers, tools, authentication, governance, rate limits, and MCP hosting.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience
  • Explain APIs and integrations, read API documentation, and write enough code to build small tools and automations
  • Demonstrate recent AI-based automation work
  • Run manual operations while building automation
  • Design or own pipelines with throughput, SLAs, or quality bars
  • Identify and solve vague product problems without a specification or dedicated engineering team
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in person
  • Own outcomes in uncertain environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the number and health of live toolkits
  • Research, set up, QA, and launch new apps end to end
  • Improve existing toolkits and clear issues that affect their performance
  • Provide QA and support for every launched toolkit
  • Build, run, and scale the operations playbook
  • Create SOPs, tools, and AI agents to automate repeatable work
  • Define, build, and monitor function metrics
  • Hire people when scaling requires additional capacity
  • Scope, own, and ship product problems across triggers, tools, authentication, governance, rate limits, and MCP hosting
