About the Role
You will support daily platform operations and operational projects across multiple jurisdictions. You will help improve workflows and controls, coordinate readiness with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance, and maintain operational data and reporting for governance and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, product operations, fintech, or a related role
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Interest in fintech, digital assets, and regulated financial services
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Assist with product and operational project delivery
- Identify and improve operational workflows, efficiencies, and controls
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
- Manage operational data and reporting for governance and regulatory requirements
