About the Role

You will lead AI agent deployments from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration. You will translate mission goals, policy requirements, and workflows into reliable agents; advise agency leaders; run stakeholder working sessions; resolve deployment issues; develop new use-case roadmaps; and inform product and public-sector strategy.

Requirements

• Lead complex, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Engage with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering and security tradeoffs
• Demonstrate commitment to public service
• Communicate clearly and persuasively across executive, operational, policy, and technical audiences
• Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to ambiguous problems

Responsibilities

• Lead the agent development life cycle from scope through production iteration
• Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and workflows into reliable agents
• Advise public-sector executives and program leaders on AI strategy
• Run working sessions with program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders
• Develop roadmaps for new public-sector use cases
• Surface unmet needs and influence product, market, and repeatable-solution strategy
