About the Role

You will lead customer AI agent deployments from scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, troubleshoot issues, keep builds on track, and translate customer needs into product direction.

• Build trusted customer relationships in complex organizations
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Apply analytical and critical-thinking skills to ambiguous problems
• Engage with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
• Run multiple complex, high-visibility projects to outcomes
• Demonstrate interest in financial services and improving the end-customer experience
