About the Role

You will design, implement, and optimize the interface between autonomy systems and mission-management tools. You will build real-time C++ components, translate system requirements into scalable architectures, validate algorithms, support safety-critical development, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field plus 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 0–3+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize software interfaces for mission management and telemetry monitoring
• Lead development of real-time C++ components for vehicle guidance and status monitoring
• Translate system-level requirements into software architectures, algorithms, component requirements, and verification artifacts
• Contribute to simulation and testing frameworks
• Collaborate with back-office, perception, controls, and safety teams
• Mentor peers through technical reviews and best practices
• Integrate appropriate machine learning techniques
• Improve software quality, safety, performance, and development processes
• Support automotive safety-critical development practices
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
