About the Role
You will develop and maintain relationships with small businesses, understand their needs and provide suitable banking solutions. You will acquire new clients, prepare and present offers, coordinate transactions and credit-process administration, identify cross-selling opportunities, and prepare client visit reports.
Requirements
- Secondary vocational education in economics, finance or a related field
- Experience in customer service, sales or customer support is an advantage
- Interest in working with small businesses and developing long-term business relationships
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify client needs and find suitable solutions
- MS Office
- English language knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with small businesses and provide suitable banking solutions
- Establish relationships with new clients in line with business strategy and goals
- Prepare and present offers, arrange transactions and coordinate activities through completion
- Monitor client business and provide support throughout the banking relationship
- Identify additional cooperation opportunities and coordinate cross-selling activities
- Coordinate administrative activities related to the credit process and client relationship maintenance
- Prepare client visit reports and ensure timely sharing of relevant information
