About the Role
You will set the organic and web-growth strategy, roadmap, and targets. You will own technical SEO, site architecture, international search, content authority, and website conversion. You will turn crawl, indexation, and performance issues into engineering priorities and lead the SEO team.

Responsibilities
- Set the organic and web-growth strategy, roadmap, and targets
- Own technical SEO, site architecture, international search, and content-authority standards
- Own website conversion, landing pages, web-to-app flows, and CRO cadence
- Translate crawl, indexation, and performance issues into engineering priorities
- Lead the SEO team and determine required specialist roles
