About the Role
You will own the architecture, governance, and operations of workplace platforms and business systems. You will automate workflows, establish RBAC and access-management standards, improve platform interoperability and reliability, create reporting dashboards, and partner across technical and operational functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT systems workplace platforms technical operations or business systems engineering experience
- Experience administering and scaling enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
- Experience with workflow automation scripting CI/CD integrations or platform tooling
- Understanding of access governance security best practices and operational compliance
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Design and scale workplace platform infrastructure
- Automate workflows and reduce manual processes across business-critical platforms
- Establish governance RBAC and access management standards
- Create reporting and operational dashboards
- Partner with Security IT Engineering and Operations teams
