About the Role
You will keep the hardware lab organized, stocked, safe, and operational. You will manage inventory and procurement, support equipment setup and maintenance, coordinate deliveries and lab access, support onboarding, and help engineers with daily lab needs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in an electronics, engineering, or hardware lab environment
- Experience managing physical inventory, including receiving, tracking, reorder thresholds, and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with component and inventory management tools or systems
- Ability to handle and organize electronic components, PCBAs, cables, and lab equipment
- Expertise with ESD handling protocols
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment
- Track and restock components, consumables, tools, and lab equipment
- Manage procurement for day-to-day lab needs
- Kit parts for engineering builds and repairs
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration
- Coordinate equipment repairs or replacements
- Coordinate deliveries and manage lab access
- Support onboarding to lab tools and processes
- Help enforce lab safety policies
- Support demos, shipments, and component sourcing
