- Own the performance and strategic direction of the Hospitality vertical
- Define and drive the global commercial strategy for Hospitality
- Create go-to-market playbooks, competitive analyses, and business cases
- Act as the internal and external Hospitality subject matter expert
- Analyze customer behavior to identify product and partnership opportunities
- Provide customer trends, opportunities, and pain points for product prioritization
- Inform product pricing and packaging strategies
- Develop customer segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks from industry trends, technologies, and regulations
