About the Role
Build and scale strategic partnerships with foundation model providers, AI platforms and infrastructure companies, hyperscalers, and AI-native startups. Manage partnership lifecycles, develop joint identity-for-AI solutions and go-to-market plays, track KPIs and revenue outcomes, represent the organization externally, and influence product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, technology alliances, or partner management.
- Experience building and scaling partnerships with technology platforms or hyperscalers.
- Experience in the AI/ML ecosystem, including foundation model providers, AI infrastructure companies, or cloud AI platforms.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management or zero trust architecture, or the ability to quickly become fluent in these areas.
- Experience building zero-to-one partner motions.
- Ability to build joint business cases and go-to-market plays for technical and executive audiences.
- Executive presence, negotiation skills, and a network across the Silicon Valley AI and cloud ecosystem.
- Experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and tying partner activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Based in or willing to work from Silicon Valley, with flexibility to travel to partner sites, industry events, and the Denver headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and close strategic relationships with Frontier AI technology providers.
- Own partnership lifecycles from opportunity scoping and joint business planning through integration, co-sell enablement, and revenue outcomes.
- Translate the Identity for AI vision into joint solutions and go-to-market plays.
- Manage relationships with key Frontier AI partners and represent the organization at partner briefings, industry events, and executive forums.
- Build partnership business cases and track KPIs, pipeline impact, and adoption.
- Represent the Frontier AI partner ecosystem internally to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Use AI tools and automation to scale partner engagement, research, and reporting.
- Navigate co-opetition dynamics and build durable partner relationships.
