You will scale hiring by sourcing and engaging candidates, partnering with engineering hiring teams on recruiting strategy, and managing full-cycle recruitment from screening through offer acceptance. You will build qualified talent pipelines, maintain candidate engagement, and support an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 6+ years of engineering-industry recruiting experience
• Experience hiring software engineers
• Direct sourcing experience for technical talent
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline candidate networking and outreach
• Promote the employer brand and build talent pipelines
• Partner with engineering hiring teams on recruiting strategy and hiring goals
• Own full-cycle recruitment from screening and selection through negotiation, offer, and close
• Plan and manage pipelines of qualified candidates
• Maintain candidate interest throughout the recruitment process
