About the Role
You will lead software hiring strategy and execution, manage talent acquisition staff, partner with hiring managers, design recruiting processes, close critical searches, and manage recruiting metrics and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Software organization
- Lead and mentor talent acquisition partners, sourcers, and coordinators
- Partner with hiring managers on headcount forecasting and hiring strategy
- Design technical recruiting processes for software, platform, and product roles
- Own recruiting metrics, pipeline health, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration
