About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for infrastructure, systems, and networking roles. You will partner with technical leaders on role scoping and interview design, develop specialized sourcing campaigns, assess technical candidate signals, guide candidates through offers, analyze hiring metrics, and build scalable recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering roles
- Ability to discuss distributed systems, cluster or cloud networking, container orchestration, and systems languages
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview-loop design
- Ability to assess candidate quality and manage concurrent searches
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or infrastructure technology
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
- Experience building sourcing strategy or recruiting processes
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders on role scoping and interview-loop design
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns
- Assess candidates across distributed training, networking, container orchestration, and systems programming
- Calibrate the talent bar and support clear interviewer feedback
- Manage the candidate experience through offer and close
- Track pipeline health and hiring metrics
- Build recruiting playbooks, tools, and processes
