About the Role

You will own hiring strategy and execution for Product and Engineering while closing critical technical searches. You will lead talent acquisition staff, forecast headcount and talent needs with senior hiring managers, design recruiting processes, and continuously improve recruiting metrics, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for Product and Engineering
• Build the annual hiring delivery plan and close critical searches
• Lead, scale, and mentor TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
• Forecast headcount and map talent landscapes with senior hiring managers
• Design hiring processes for specialized technical roles
• Own hiring metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion, and offer acceptance
• Build recruiting infrastructure, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration processes
