About the Role

You will build the early-careers function and recruit interns and new graduates. You will develop university relationships, design and run internship programs and recruiting events, assess candidates, track pipeline performance, and create hiring rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and program playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience building or materially scaling a university recruiting program
• Experience designing long-term recruiting programs and pipelines
• Experience evaluating early-career talent
• Experience measuring pipeline conversion, source quality, and intern-to-FTE conversion
• University recruiting in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets, early-careers program experience at high-growth companies, employer-brand strategy, or willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Build the early-careers function and run full-cycle recruiting for intern and new graduate roles
• Design and execute a university recruiting strategy
• Build relationships with faculty and student organizations
• Co-design and operate internship and new graduate programs
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events
• Screen early-career candidates
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and source quality
• Build hiring infrastructure, rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and program playbooks
