About the Role
Build and lead talent acquisition strategy and execution, own the full search lifecycle, develop specialized talent pipelines, partner with senior leaders, maintain candidate experience, and provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting specialized roles in energy, power, infrastructure, or an adjacent field.
- Ability to earn trust with senior leaders and advise effectively.
- Strong market knowledge and candidate outreach skills.
- Understanding of the energy and power industry.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be based in Miami and work onsite five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead talent acquisition strategy and execution.
- Own the full search lifecycle from needs assessment through offer.
- Develop a live pipeline through conferences, associations, and targeted outreach.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
- Track compensation, talent availability, and competitive hiring intelligence.
- Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer.
- Develop knowledge of energy and power markets.
