About the Role

You will lead field staffing, scheduling, logistics, and deployment execution across customer sites. You will oversee site operations, manage staffing pipelines and assignments, coordinate travel and expenses, facilitate operational standups, resolve escalations, and support on-site robotic deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of operational program management experience
• Experience scaling, scheduling, and managing distributed field service teams or multi-site deployment personnel
• Experience with workforce scheduling, shift management, and personnel rotation planning
• Experience managing project billing logic, job codes, and T&E expense aggregation
• Proficiency with resource management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, or field service management platforms
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to travel up to 60–70%

Responsibilities

• Guide site operations teams during customer deployments
• Deliver site-specific deployment milestones across concurrent locations
• Lead workforce scheduling, shift rotations, leave management, coverage plans, and site assignments
• Collaborate on candidate evaluation, interviews, onboarding, and resource allocation
• Facilitate standups and align operational metrics with program timelines
• Manage travel logistics, site access, badging, and supplies
• Resolve field issues and maintain delivery schedules
