About the Role

You will manage and improve project-management systems, automated schedules, templates, and dashboards. You will maintain accurate program requirements, build books, diagrams, SOPs, and deployment calendars. You will track delivery milestones, support governance, and turn deployment lessons into standardized global playbooks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of technical operations, deployment coordination, or infrastructure-adjacent experience
• Smartsheet proficiency, including formulas, automated workflows, and data-driven dashboards
• Understanding of physical project delivery lifecycles
• Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds
• Documentation and partnership-oriented communication skills
• Technical or operations-focused degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Smartsheet and Jira project-management environments
• Build and maintain automated scheduling tools, logic, and templates
• Maintain Program Requirements Documents, Technical Build Books, architecture diagrams, and SOPs
• Track critical-path milestones and committed delivery dates
• Translate field experience into standardized playbooks
• Identify deployment-process friction and refine workflows
• Maintain the global deployment calendar and organized documentation
