About the Role

You will own on-site data center projects from scope through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, documentation, and reporting while coordinating work around live operations, maintenance windows, and change controls. You will also improve processes, runbooks, and standards for recurring site work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of end-to-end infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center project management experience
• Ability to work on site at a data center full time
• Experience owning project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors
• Understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments
• Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
• Organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of on-site deployments, retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and decommissions
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and vendors
• Sequence work around uptime, maintenance windows, and change-control requirements
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers throughout project lifecycles
• Identify risks, drive mitigations, and make on-site decisions
• Coordinate with engineering and subject-matter experts on technical project scope and execution
• Maintain schedules, budgets, risk logs, change records, and closeout documentation
• Report project status, risks, and milestones
• Drive site-level process improvements, runbooks, and standards
