About the Role
You will define sourcing strategies for specialized corporate functions, map talent markets, generate and engage candidates, and build proactive pipelines. You will create AI-powered sourcing workflows and repeatable recruiting systems, advise recruiters and hiring leaders, and use analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sourcing experience
- Experience supporting G&A, corporate functions, or complex high-growth organizations
- Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, or workflow automation
- Experience with AI development environments or coding assistants
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Recruiting analytics skills
Responsibilities
- Define data-informed sourcing strategies for corporate functions
- Develop talent landscapes, competitor insights, and market trends
- Identify, engage, and attract specialized candidates through sourcing channels
- Cultivate long-term relationships with passive, cleared, and niche talent
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows and automations
- Create market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, and sourcing documentation
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy and market insights
- Collaborate to improve recruiting strategy, messaging, candidate experience, and operations
- Measure sourcing effectiveness and optimize outreach and conversion rates
